Ivy Court Dining Room, 1500 sq. ft., is a stylish, warm, cozy area with a fireplace in the corner and comfortable chairs and tables. This area can seat up to around 50 people. Enjoy a lovely atmosphere with windows facing the University of Notre Dame’s campus, flat-screen televisions available for slide shows, and plenty of granite counter tops for serving food and beverages.

Private Dining Room, 525 sq. ft., is a great room for interviewing, small conference-style meetings, and presentations. This room is separated from the dining room by two French doors. On the wall is a flat-screen television that can be used for PowerPoint presentations and display materials.

Study Hall, 201 sq. ft., is a quiet conference room space located on our lower level. This meeting room has a dry erase board cabinet located at the front of the room and can be set as a conference table, theatre style, with rounds, or classroom style. Conveniently located near restrooms and vending.

South Room, 945 sq. ft., has availability for many different possible set-ups to include conference style for 20 guests, theatre for 50, banquet for 48, classroom for 30, and U-shape for 20. This room is located on our lower level in our north building. Attached to the room is a kitchen “prep” area, and restroom facilities are just around the corner.

Big East Room, 745 sq. ft., contains three couches for lounging, a Texas Hold’em-style table for gaming, a cozy fireplace, and a flat-screen television. This room is great for hosting family gatherings, baby showers, interviews, small meetings, rained-out tailgate parties, and birthday celebrations. Attached to the room is a kitchen with full counter space and sink, refrigerator, and plenty of storage space.

All prices include basic audio-visual equipment to include podium, screen, flipchart w/markers, dry erase board w/markers, and overhead projectors.

Food and beverage items can be provided based on the event planner’s preference. Listed below are items that the hotel may provide based on predetermined menu.
